Ingredients:
- 300 gr. of strawberries
- 200 ml of whipping cream
- 1 pack of gelatin
Syrup:
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 50 ml. of water
Glaze:
- 100 gr. of milk chocolate
Soak gelatin with 4 tablespoons of cold water and set aside. Clean strawberries leaving few for decoration. Puree clean strawberries in food processor than whip up a whipping cream.
Syrup: On the medium heat bring water and sugar to boil than simmer for about 2-3 minutes, set aside to cool down than add gelatin mixture. Add strawberry puree and whipped cream. Mix well until everything is smooth.
With prepared mixture fill up prepared silicone molds. Leave them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set and cool. Before serving invert them onto the plate, remove molds than glaze them with melted chocolate. Decorate them with sliced strawberries.
Silicone molds could be substituted with paper ones coated with oil before using.
